What is Niagara Reproductive Justice?

Niagara Reproductive Justice (NRJ) is a group of community members organizing for more accessible pro-choice and sexual health resources in the Niagara region.

NRJ began in summer 2019 to address the growing anti-choice movement in Niagara. There is an active anti-choice movement in this region, and Niagara Reproductive Justice aims to give those negatively affected by this rhetoric a space to discuss its impacts, to engage in public education on reproductive justice and sexual health, and to increase the accessibility of existing reproductive and sexual healthcare in the region, including abortion.
