May Day 2023 – International Workers’ Day Rally!

Join us on May Day, for our second annual International Workers’ Day celebrations! We will be gathering on Monday, May 1st at Merritt Park in Welland from 4-7 PM.

Come out and show your support for workers in Niagara, celebrate our achievements, and demand for change and better working conditions.

Free transit is available! Just let the bus driver know that you are going to the May Day Rally and they’ll let you ride for free!

Celebrations will be hosted on the traditional territories of the Haudenosaunee, Aanishinaabeg, Wendat, and Chonnonton peoples. This event is being organized by the May Day 2023 Niagara Organizing Coalition and Justice for Workers Niagara, with members from many independent communities and labour activists.
