StreetWorks Niagara Needle Syringe Program and Safe Consumption Site
- The CTS site is a safe place to get information about how to be safe, get connected, and use substances supervised by harm reduction staff. See below for locations and hours. All services are free and confidential. Here are a few services they offer:
- A safe, confidential place to use substances
- Sterile equipment for clients who use inhaled drugs and clients who inject drugs (such as clean needles and inhalation kits)
- Sexual health items, like condoms and dental dams
- Emotional health and physical health counseling and referrals
- Referrals to social programming and treatment
- Basic wound care
- STI testing for chlamydia, gonorrhea, hep C, HIV, and syphilis
- Pregnancy testing
- Naloxone trainings: learn how to administer naloxone to reverse opioid overdoses
- Onsite paramedics in case of an overdose
- Spanish translation

- Consumption & Treatment Services site (CTS): 105 Queenston St., rear entrance, open 7 days a week 9:30am-8:30pm (last intake is at 7:30pm).

Fort Erie Native Friendship Centre – Aboriginal Alcohol & Drug Worker Program

- Assists Indigenous people with addressing alcohol/drug issues, minimizing negative effects of addiction, and assessment, referral, and support.
