- Must be 16+ to access trans healthcare through Quest. Support groups open to youth and adults. There is currently a waitlist of 4+ months. They offer:
- Primary healthcare
- Trans specific healthcare (even if client has PCP elsewhere)
- Youth support
- Assessment and referral for gender confirming surgery
- Mental health counselling
- Programming
- Hormone replacement therapy
- Help with name and gender marker change
Niagara Falls Community Health Centre

- They offer:
- Help with name change and gender marker change
- Support groups
- Hormone replacement therapy
- Referrals for surgery and help navigating that process
- Counselling support
- They will accept clients from anywhere within Niagara when they have room.
