- They can offer options counselling and abortion referrals locally. They can also help you access abortion outside of the Niagara Region, which is often easier and faster than accessing abortion within Niagara. - Call them from anywhere in Niagara to talk to a nurse over the phone. Note that Google Maps may tell you that certain locations are closed during these hours, but their phone lines are still open.

- Health Systems Navigation: offers assistance for clients to coordinate access to services that they may not know of or have access to otherwise. Can provide referrals and information related to financial aid, finding a family doctor, counselling services, mental health supports, and much more. Appointments for this service are available Tuesday- Friday at 11:30 a.m. or 12:00 p.m. by telephone or video conference.

- Eligibility: 13-29 years old. Free decision-making, pregnancy options, and post-abortion support with a therapist. Individual, relationship and group counselling on any topic.
